  1. Communication across the alliance
  2. Who leads in co-leadership?
  3. How does the lead school generate the ‘buy in’ from its alliance partners to ensure full participation in the Teaching School project?
  4. How do we ensure that the alliance-wide Trio plan enhances, and does not conflict with, existing CPD provision in schools?
  5. Do we know what we mean by ‘great pedagogy’?
