Outstanding Teacher Programme:

The Outstanding Teacher Programme is offered free to members of the JCTSA. The Programme will focus on developing good teachers into outstanding teachers and is aimed at RQTs as well as those who may be returning to the profession. It is suitable for both primary and secondary colleagues.

The Programme aims to improve delegates’ individual practice and enable them to develop the practice of others within their own institutions. The Programme will be delivered at Budmouth College in Weymouth and Littletown Primary School in Honiton. It will be led by Mark Cavill and Helen Whitehead who are experienced facilitators and senior leaders. We have the capacity for 16 teachers to participate in this practical and reflective Programme in 2016/17.
